This hotel was easy to access and had delightful staff who made check-in a breeze. The fantastic coffee was a cherry on top! Being pet-friendly was a bonus for my family. Although my room had some noise issues, the overall experience left us satisfied during our short stay.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby, making it easy to navigate. Elevators were quick and accessible, which is essential for seniors, especially after a long day exploring beautiful Memphis.

Improve soundproofing against street noise at night.

Request a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise. it made my stay much more restful.

I loved the clean, comfy room and got a great kick out of the super convenient snack bar! The heated swimming pool was a lovely spot to unwind after a long day, and I also enjoyed the sun loungers outside. While the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered, it didn't spoil my overall fun stay! 😊

Sadly, we found our bedding had not been changed, which felt more than a little gross. The dustiness of the room made it evident that cleaning might not be their forte.

We explored nearby attractions like the Beale Street and the National Civil Rights Museum, which were super accessible. The hotel staff was friendly and really helpful, quickly providing us with fresh towels. Just keep in mind that parking costs $35 a night, and breakfast will set you back $6.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't cleaned properly during our stay. We had to ask multiple times for fresh linens and toilet paper, which was frustrating.

I had a great stay at hilton garden! the location was perfect, just a short walk to beale street and the blues clubs. the hotel looks quite new and has a lovely lounge area. complimentary water and coffee at reception were a nice touch, making us feel welcomed.
